receeve welcomes Adriana Ellice-Flint as VP of Product

receeve is thrilled to announce the appointment of Adriana Ellice-Flint as Vice President of Product. With expertise in the FinTech space, Adriana owns product strategy and execution to drive growth and expansion.

Most recently, Adriana held the role of Product Director at Mambu, a leading SaaS cloud banking platform valued at € 5B. In her new role, she will also bring in an impressive international experience, having worked with multicultural teams based in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Ireland - and now with receeve's Product team spread across 3 continents.

Can you tell us a little bit about your previous experience in the fintech and product world?

Adriana: I have been building platforms and financial services products for various B2B companies for almost two decades, primarily in regulatory and compliance areas. I was lucky enough to work in multiple jurisdictions across different continents, which gave me broad exposure to cultural differences in various industries.

What made you join the receeve team?

Adriana: Coming from a banking regulatory and compliance background, I thought that building a platform to disrupt the debt collections world was an interesting challenge. I love the actual product, so it was an easy choice. I was also inspired by the drive and energy of the founding team.

As the VP of Product at receeve, what are your biggest goals going forward?

Adriana: My main goal is to assist receeve with the scale-up, especially with accelerated growth into new market segments. As a product enthusiast, I will be also looking to help Product teams to prioritise new features and to continue delighting the customers.

How do you see the fintech world and the collections space evolving in the near future?

Adriana: Obviously, the Fintech world is spinning on its axes ever so fast, with lots of exciting developments both in technology and in markets. With the current economic situation putting pressure on interest rates and rising inflation, our market domain of debt collection is most likely to get busier. Which, of course, presents great market opportunities for our products.
