Billie teams up with receeve

receeve is proud to announce German fintech startup Billie as it’s latest customer. Billie is the leading provider of “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) payment methods for businesses and recently announced a $100 million Series C funding round bringing its valuation to $640 million and adding strategic partner Klarna, who in turn becomes the world's first payment provider to offer a comprehensive range of BNPL payment methods for both B2C and B2B.

To accelerate profitability and growth, Billie is partnering with receeve to drive innovation in its collections and recovery customer engagement. receeve’s innovative no-code platform is providing orchestration and automation to ensure Billie can easily and efficiently address payment recovery or assignment of debt recovery to third parties.

Late payment of invoices can be a major problem for small and medium enterprises. That's why Billie created its invoice factoring services. Thus, customers upload their invoices to Billie's online platform and in return get help to better secure their cash flow and keep operations on track.

“We’re trying to create a factoring process that is completely digital and simpler, faster, and more intuitive than alternative options on the market,” says Christian Grobe, co-founder and MD at Billie. “Working with receeve we can address the process end-to-end, ensuring collections and recovery is optimised for customer preferences and is utilising the latest technology to help resolve issues in the best manner possible.”

receeve simplifies the growing complexity of data and systems and empowers teams to easily automate processes, engage customers and apply 360° insights to maximise recovery and minimise risk across every stage of credit management. “Billie is leading the way in providing the best options for BNPL services for businesses and the team is considering all aspects of the B2B customer journey, including proactively ensuring a frictionless process even when it comes to addressing payment recovery challenges.” Paul Jozefak, CEO & co-founder of receeve.

Billie’s technology-first approach, proactive collections & recovery management and strong partnerships are set to fuel their profitability and growth in this expanding space of BNPL.
